Warranty and Statutory Liability

We guarantee the high quality of our products and support after purchase. All products are covered by a warranty and statutory liability, so you can be sure that your investment is properly protected.

General provisions

All products offered in our store are brand new, free from defects and covered by warranty protection.

Warranty period:

  • Packing tables, steel structures and additional equipment – 48 months from the date of delivery.
  • Accessories and small components – 24 months from the date of delivery.

Regardless of the warranty, statutory liability for defects also applies in accordance with the applicable law.

The warranty period begins:

  • on the day the product is delivered,
  • for personal pickup – on the day the product is handed over.

To retain your warranty rights, you must:

  1. Use the product in accordance with its intended purpose.
  2. Observe the permissible operating parameters.
  3. Not carry out repairs or modifications yourself.
  4. Protect the product from factors that could damage it.

Scope of the warranty

The warranty covers defects arising from causes inherent in the product, revealed during proper use.

This includes, among others:

  • material defects,
  • weld defects,
  • paint coating defects,
  • damage to structural elements,
  • failure of adjustment mechanisms,
  • deformations arising during use in accordance with the intended purpose,
  • corrosion occurring under normal operating conditions.

Examples of elements covered by the warranty:

  • worktops,
  • steel structures,
  • shelves,
  • adjustment mechanisms,
  • paint coatings.

Permissible loads:

  • worktop – up to 200 kg,
  • standard shelf – up to 50 kg,
  • reinforced shelf – up to 100 kg,
  • side hook – up to 10 kg.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or natural wear of the product.

Exclusions include, among others:

  • mechanical damage,
  • scratches,
  • dents,
  • natural wear of surfaces,
  • exceeding the permissible load,
  • using the product contrary to its intended purpose,
  • modifications or repairs carried out by the user,
  • incorrect assembly,
  • lack of proper maintenance,
  • the effects of moisture, chemicals or fire,
  • damage caused by fire, flood or other random events.

Important

Scratches on the work surface arising during normal use (e.g. from knives, sharp tools or packing tape) do not constitute grounds for a complaint.

To increase the durability of the worktop, we recommend using protective mats or pads.

Statutory liability

Statutory liability for defects is a consumer's legal right and applies regardless of the warranty.

Under statutory liability you can:

  1. request repair of the product,
  2. request replacement of the product,
  3. demand a price reduction,
  4. withdraw from the agreement if the defect is significant.

We recommend:

  • during the first 12 months after purchase it is worth using statutory liability,
