Delivery and Payment
We make every effort to ensure that every order is processed quickly and safely. We offer several delivery methods and convenient payment options that make shopping in our store simple and comfortable.
Delivery methods
The available delivery method depends on the type and size of the ordered products.
We offer:
- Courier – delivery directly to the specified address.
- InPost parcel lockers – pickup at any time for smaller products and accessories.
- Personal pickup – free pickup by prior appointment.
Important information
- Packing tables are delivered exclusively by courier or are available for personal pickup.
- Parcel lockers are available only for products that meet the size requirements.
- For larger shipments, the courier may contact you before the planned delivery.
We also ship to European Union countries. The delivery cost is determined individually. Please contact us for a quote.
Delivery costs
The delivery cost is calculated automatically when placing an order and depends on:
- the chosen delivery method,
- the size and weight of the order,
- the place of delivery.
We offer free delivery for selected orders. The current order value that qualifies for free shipping is shown during checkout.
In addition, you can use additional services such as:
- carrying the product in,
- assembly,
- express delivery,
- shipment insurance.
Processing time
The processing time depends on the type of product ordered.
Approximate times:
- products available in stock – 2–3 business days,
- products made to order – 5–10 business days,
- products made to an individual configuration – 7–14 business days.
Estimated delivery time:
- InPost parcel lockers – 1–2 business days,
- courier shipments – 1–2 business days,
- pallet shipments – 2–5 business days,
- personal pickup – once the order is complete.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
All stated times refer to business days.
Receiving the shipment
After receiving the shipment, we recommend checking its condition before signing for it.
If the packaging shows signs of damage:
- check the contents of the shipment,
- draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier,
- take photos of the damage,
- contact our customer service department.
When collecting from an InPost parcel locker, we recommend checking the contents of the shipment immediately after collection.

- Monday – Friday,
- 9:00–17:00.
Personal pickup is free of charge and allows you to check the product before taking it.
Payment methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Przelewy24 (BLIK, instant transfers and payment cards),
- bank transfer,
- payment on personal pickup.

Payment security
All connections to our store are secured with an SSL/TLS certificate that protects the transmitted data.
Electronic payments are processed by the certified operator Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.).
We do not store payment card data on our servers.
